I am a freelance photojournalist and documentary photographer based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, focusing on visual storytelling about nature, environmental change, and cultural identity. My work spans breaking news coverage and long-term documentary projects, often in remote and high-mountain regions of Taiwan.
As a trained member of the Southern Taiwan Search and Rescue Team, I have extensive experience working in disaster-prone and harsh environments, enabling me to respond effectively to urgent and high-risk assignments.
Since 2025, I have been a contributing photographer for Zuma Press and a regular collaborator with pyro images Agency, a Taiwan-based news agency, with work published and distributed internationally through these platforms. In 2025, I received two Honorable Mentions in the Spot News category of the Taiwan Press Photo Awards.
I take a field driven, technically precise approach to assignments, aiming to capture both the immediacy and emotional depth of each story. Fully equipped and field-ready, I can be deployed at short notice to cover urgent news events anywhere in Taiwan.
