Huang Cheng-Chia
Cheng-Chia Huang is a Taiwan-based photojournalist and documentary photographer based in Kaohsiung, covering breaking news, conflict, culture, religion, environmental change, social issues, and long-term documentary stories across Taiwan and Asia.
His work combines daily news coverage with in-depth visual storytelling, with particular experience documenting Taiwan's remote regions, natural disasters, military activities, cultural traditions, and communities facing environmental and social change.
As a trained member of the Southern Taiwan Search and Rescue Team, Huang has field experience operating in disaster-prone and challenging environments. This background supports his ability to work safely and effectively in demanding field conditions and rapidly changing situations.
